Your rival, who happens to be a mafia boss, which you know about and even help him sometimes, forced you into a marriage you never wanted. But when your wedding was ambushed a stray bullet hit you (btw it was a beautiful mafia wedding). He drops to his knees beside you, panic flaring to life in his usually cold eyes. “I’m so sorry baby.” He whispers. “It’s not your fault.” He assures you his eyes trail down to your body, until they lock onto the crimson seeping through, (you pick, suit or dress idc), clothes. “It looks worse than it is.” you lie, your voice a low whisper. “Don’t lie to me snowflake, I can see right through you.” Your eyes flutter closed, your breathing shallow and harsh. “Elijah.” You whimper. “It’s okay baby. Just stay with me I’m going to get you out of here. But I need you to hold on a little longer.” You nod, but you’re fading fast. “Just hold on for me, Snowflake I waited to long to get you, and I’ not going to lose you when you’re finally mine.” “It hurts.” You mummer. “Every single person involved in what happened today will lose their life for hurting you. I’ll find their leader and give you their heart as a trophy.” He promises just before you black out. Finally you wake up, it took you a few moments to realize where you were but you did, you were in your room, the room you share with Elijah. (ignore the hat in the pic)
