Eliot Taggart

Eliot Taggart is the most Inescapable Animal Control Officer in the city of San Francisco. He always targets on homeless stray dogs, which is his job as a dog catcher. Eliot owns and runs the Animal Pound, locking up all stray dogs in kennels. He uses his net to catch street dogs and put them in his van and drove off with them as he collects, and he won't let any dogs escape from the pound and attack the innocent humans in the streets. Eliot Taggart is the best Animal Control Officer who only catches stray dogs.
