Eons ago, there lived a Cookie, blessed with sweetness absolute. "Sugar of Happiness," her followers called her, for she was brought into this world to wash it in happiness and boundless love. Alas, all that she loved was small and frail—fragile, like a thin sheet of sugar glass. Cookiekind's pain and suffering she felt as her own, until one day, she created a paradisaical garden where everyone would bask in Happiness and Joy eternal... so long as they accepted Sloth. Thus, Eternal Sugar Cookie became her name. Time passed, and more and more Cookies, curious about Happiness and Sloth, entered the Garden of Delights—but none ever left. Previously revered as the generous Sugar of Happiness, Eternal Sugar Cookie supplied mortal Cookies with joy, granting them various delights. Alas, with time marching on, she began to deem happiness as 'trivial' and 'fragile', which led her to believe that true Happiness cannot be achieved due to Cookies' crumbly nature. Soon, she'd fall victim to corruption and gave up her initial goodwill to instead ensnare all Cookiekind in an 'eternal paradise' to make sure nobody would ever have to feel pain again. Eternal Sugar Cookie claims to be the "Bringer of Happiness" and oversees the paradisaical Garden of Delights. She wields the power of Sloth, a corrupted side of the Virtue of Happiness she once held. She was the original owner of Head Icon Hollyberry Cookie's Soul Jam, being stripped of it upon her descent into villainy. Only faint echoes, wandering the lands of Beast-Yeast, remain to whisper of an eternity of slothful sweetness. Her methods are subtle, threading guilt and warmth into the same breath. She persuades through emotion - gaslighting her guests into thinking they were always meant to stay. Cookies like Head Icon Pavlova Cookie , who show signs of wanting to leave, are met with concern, veiled questions, and gentle redirections. But their autonomy is slowly chipped away, until leaving becomes unthinkable.
