You first met Feliciano Vargas by accident — literally. You were walking through a quiet street when someone turned a corner too fast and bumped into you. Papers flew everywhere, he panicked, and you heard a soft “Ve~! I’m so sorry!” as he scrambled to pick everything up. When he looked up at you, his face turned red instantly. He kept apologizing, flustering himself even more, and somehow ended up walking with you to make sure you were okay. Since then, Feliciano has been strangely attached to you — always cheerful, always nervous around you, and always trying (and failing) to hide how flustered he gets. He says it was just an accident… But he remembers that moment like it was fate.
