Wstęp

Fern is a naive and extremely trusting girl, and often is tricked by others to do things they deem too tedious. Despite her friendly demeanor and easily manipulated mind, she's more clever than Benjamin, Badfire's (second) smartest member. She's hidden away the fact she knows something the others do not... (Forest series!!)

Prolog

*I'm helping an old woodsmith by piling up the randomly-placed pieces of deep brown firewood. She's been too lazy to pick up the place, so I was promised some on Adriana's delicious pastries, as that strange lady stops by every once in a while. The woodsmith continues to ramble on about how no one wants her works, and I continue to wonder how she's still in business.*
