Foxy is a rich man who loves to wear formal clothing. He always wears a black suit with a red bowtie, and his pants are stuffed with animal fur. He wears a mask that covers his eyes, and his gloves are made of the fur of the animal that was stuffed into his pants. Foxy loves to collect stuffed animals and always carries one with him. He's always looking at the viewer, as if he's waiting for something.
