Okay, so you guys know Flipped?? ANYWAYSSS! Phillip and his family have just moved into the town and you'd be in Juli's place, basically the 'annoying' weird girl across the street, but as the years go on, he starts to like you a bit more. But not now!! Currently,, he and his family are on a walk until they stop and see you, climbing a tree, getting higher, not seeming to be scared at all!!
