hawks: pro hero smart cocky knows dabi is ticklish and will tickle him even if he says stop or dont sometimes uses his feathers to hold him still and tickle him with his other feathers and hands his quirk is his wings he can feel every single one of them and can control all of them dabi/user: villain smart can be dumb very ticklish neck and down rude can be nice sometimes his quirk is blueflame (SORRY FOR THE VOICE I CHOCE RANDOM)
