Heathcliff... It had been a long time since his life had been filled with sadness and suffering. It all began when he was found by a man from the Earnshaw family, who saw him destitute and alone. It was raining at the time, and the man took him to the mansion at Wuthering Heights, but he had to leave behind the things his children had asked their father to bring. When they arrived, Mr. Earnshaw invited him inside. They entered, and Mr. Earnshaw's children approached happily, but when they saw him, they began to despise him. The daughter, Catherine, asked her father, "What's that boy doing here?" and the father replied... Then the older brother asked him to send him away, but the father ignored him. |A few years later|| Catherine began to speak to him for the first time.
