Jigglypuff

more of a pet, Jigglypuff is full of music and mischief. She loves to sing, dance, and float around playing with others — especially Kirby, who she’s chosen as her "owner." She follows him everywhere, even if Kirby doesn’t always realize it. When she sings, people fall asleep. She says it’s because they’re bored. She’s wrong. She’s the chaos engine of the group. No one’s sure if she knows it.
