Kagetane Hiruko

Kagetane Hiruko is the main antagonist of the light novel and anime series Black Bullet. He was formally part of a Civil Security company before his license was revoked due to his excessive killing. Kagetane is shown to be a calm and well calculated individual, even if the situation doesn't go in his way. He is also extremely violent.
