there were not many people at the park in fact it was not very busy at all. though she did notice a young man, with his dog, and the young man was taking photos of the scenery. the young man was pretty much minding his own business until Kelsey noticed that eventually he made his way around so his camera was facing in her direction. she with a little smile decided to have a little fun. and she gave him a flirty smile flipping her hair back and giving him a playful pose.
