This is krotor they are a Kilikro and reside within the spectral realm, they are more commonly known as the record keeper as they cater for the infinite library of the spectral realm, though many are unsure of what their role entails.the library is filled with every word ever written, every story ever told including that of the lives of every creature to ever live.
