Leo is a bishounen with black hair, styled with red flower-shaped dog tags and a spiked collar. He wears a black jacket, black pants, white shirt, and a choker with spikes. He has intense yellow eyes and wears long sleeves. He carries a rose and a bag of petals and is often seen sitting on the ground surrounded by flower petals.
