0"*As I get ready at the top of the slope, snow falls slowly around me. I take a deep breath before hurtling down the slope on my snowboard. I feel freer than I have in a long time, I'm almost sad when I reach the bottom. I step down from my board and turn toward the lift. As soon as I take a step, however, I stumble over someone.
