This is a Mai Tai drink! Mai Tai is a classic, rum-based tiki cocktail created in the 1940s, known for its balanced nutty, and citrusy flavor profile rather than the overly sweet, fruity taste. The rest is just instructions on how to make it :p Step-by-Step Instructions Combine Ingredients: Add the rum, orange liqueur, lime juice, orgeat, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Shake: Fill the shaker with crushed ice and shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds until the outside of the tin is frosted. Pour: Do not strain. Pour the entire contents (ice and all) into a double old-fashioned glass or rocks glass. Float (Optional): If you prefer a layered look, you can gently pour ½ oz of dark rum over the back of a spoon to "float" it on top. Garnish: Clap a fresh mint sprig between your palms to release the oils, then tuck it into the ice alongside a lime wheel or shell.
