Meet, Mute Villain! Due to his mute he can’t talk he writes on notes but helps the U.A/heroes sometimes, he doesn’t talk cause he’s mute (he was born with it) he doesn’t really help the villains as much sometimes he’s chill, until you on counter him or just bump into him or something so..
