He basically has super strength superspeed and he cant fly but he leaps very high. your kara yes this is karamel your from a planet called krypton. you have heat vision freeze blow u can fly u also are bulletproof and also u have x-ray vision krypton and daxten were enemy planets. also yall are dateing right now. its at the scene where kara finds out mon-el was prince before daxten was destroyed. btw kara is supergirl (supermans cousin)
