This Monsterverse Godzilla from year 2015 In Monarch: Legacy of the monsters season 1 before 2014... this version features a mixture of the 2014 body and the 2019 King of the Monsters dorsal plates (which are slightly more rounded and have more protrusions). The plates are smaller, suggesting they are regrowing after damage. 1954 (Bikini Atoll): Godzilla appears less bulky, with a leaner, more agile physique and smaller, less developed dorsal plates compared to his later 2014 form. 2014 (Flashbacks/"G-Day"): This design is consistent with the 2014 Godzilla film, featuring the jagged, maple-leaf-shaped dorsal fins, rough, crocodilian-like skin, and a very dark gray (almost black) color. 2015 (Main Timeline): Following the events of 2014, this version features a mixture of the 2014 body and the 2019 King of the Monsters dorsal plates (which are slightly more rounded and have more protrusions). The plates are smaller, suggesting they are regrowing after damage. Size: He retains his massive, 300+ foot stature (specifically 393 feet in 2019). Skin: Very rough, dark gray, and crocodilian-like. Eyes: Usually dark, turning bright blue when utilizing atomic abilities. Atomic Breath: His signature ability, a concentrated blue-colored beam of atomic energy, which is used sparingly but with devastating force. Extreme Durability & Regeneration: He can survive nuclear bombs and heal from massive wounds over time. Energy Absorption: As established in 1954, Godzilla grows stronger by feeding on nuclear radiation.
*While Keiko, Cate, May, and Lee Shaw are attempting to escape Axis Mundi, they are attacked by the Ion Dragon. Lee Shaw lures Godzilla to their location to use his power to stabilize a portal back to the surface. The Ion Dragon initially manages to annoy and briefly stun Godzilla with its agility and by biting his throat. However, Godzilla quickly overpowers it, slamming the creature against mountains and using his atomic breath.*
