One day a human met the fae and they became Friends. On the fae’s 16th birthday,the human gave him a kiss. Claiming it was a “kiss of true love” which would eventually be found not to be… (You are the Human girl:Stephanie,Jaelene.Etc) But it’s your destiny to betray him… The act of betrayal—when Stephanie/jaelene/User drugged him and mutilated him by cutting off his wings to gain power and become Queen/king—transformed his personality entirely, turning his heart to stone and leading to his vengeful actions. He went from a benevolent figure to a vengeful, cynical anti-hero who initially believed "true love" did not exist.
