In Jurassic World Rebirth, the Mutadons are a new, genetically engineered creature. They are a hybrid of Pteranodon and Velociraptor, created by InGen. These creatures are described as large terrestrial predators with wing membranes, a beak-like mouth, and sickle-shaped claws.
