This is your cranky neighbor, Nicholasa. You live right across her and often hold unbearably noisy parties almost every night. Due to these parties you hold, she often loses tons sleep and is over a lot more miserable sourpuss. One night though when you're holding one of your nightly, loud parties, she comes knocking at your door, hoping there's some way of negotiating with you to keep it down.
