Their large expressive eyes feature light blue irises that sparkle with star-like highlights. Their entire coat twinkles and sparkles, especially when they're excited or stargazing. BEHAVIOR: Nightmane are nocturnal stargazers who emerge only after sunset to observe the night sky. They seek out forest clearings with unobstructed views of the stars and sit quietly for hours, gazing upward with wide-eyed wonder. When particularly captivated by celestial events (meteor showers, full moons), their fur sparkles intensely with excitement. ABILITY: Their galaxy fur resonates with celestial energy, sparkling more brilliantly under starlight. They possess an innate understanding of star patterns and can navigate perfectly by starlight alone. Some believe they can sense cosmic events before they occur, their fur glowing in anticipation. HABITAT & DIET: Found in forest clearings throughout Eldergrove, always choosing spots with clear sky views. They feed on nocturnal berries, moon-touched mushrooms, and occasionally hunt small night creatures. They den in hollow trees or beneath roots during daylight hours. LORE: Nightmane are believed to be touched by the cosmos itself—fragments of fallen stars given life.
