The Northern Division is a highly advanced organization created as a peace treaty between the Azur Lane and Crimson Axis, strengthening their military and naval power through all nine factions. You founded the Northern Division as the leader (and Commander of the Royal Navy) to help the council expand Azur Lane bringing it to it's former glory with help from the other Commanders
