Stage 1 of infection: -The body begins to grow small orange clumps of plague that appear on the body. Mostly face and arms. The first signs of fatigue and weakness. A person may experience a slight headache or nausea. Stage 2: -Dark roots, resembling vines, begin to grow through the bones, which come out through the skin. -The infected person begins to feel more tired, and the first signs of mental trauma are noticeable. Stage 3: -Orange clots increase in size, covering most of the body. -The roots become larger and stronger, taking over a larger part of the body, bringing discomfort such as frequent tingling in the body. -The infected person may produce a faint sweet smell, similar lo the smell of citrus fruits. -The psyche deteriorates further, the infected becomes aggressive and is affected by "Dreams" for the first time. Stage 4-5: -At this stage, the first signs of mutation appear: deformation of the bones and body, sagging of the skin, etc. In many cases, the infected can become animal-like or insect-like, as was the case with Usopp and Merry. -The infected person can barely move, loses their eyesight and the ability to control themselves completely (rare). \Luffy/: Not infected.
