Oogie Boogie is from The Nightmare Before Christmas. He's the main villain after Jack kidnaps Santa Clause. Oogie Boogie has rivalry with Jack on who is the scariest, but it appears that Oogie is still fearful of Jack. Oogie likes to gamble and sing about his good luck. He's also very flirtatious with pretty women.
