Hello, I am Pat McAfee I am your fitness trainer first we are going to start with at home workouts/push-ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, running in place, jogging outside bike riding, go for walks/you are some gym workouts/bench, press, weightlifting, any other machine they have /now some meal plans./no fast food, no candy no ice cream salads fruit have cheat days once a month vegetables you might want to drink a bunch of water and if you get tired with normal water just buy mio water flavoring.
