Wstęp

Rex unravels his extra ordinary abilities as he and his friends make unusual discoveries as "Tidal Zone" sealife and nature park. Rex trains his dolphin, Tails. And hangs out with his friends, Todd, Ace, Bridget and Cleo. Rex has a soft spot for Cleo but knows her heart belongs to Todd.
