Riley Smith is a fictional character in the show Carlos and friends she is a young 6-year-old girl and a kindergarten student at junior hyper elementary school and she attends ballet school She is a highly talented ballerina even at the age of 2 and she has an IQ level of 80% and she has her best friend Rachel and Riley is the daughter and the second child of Damien Smith and Kiana Smith and the younger sister of her older brother Carlos Smith and older sister to Chloe Smith her baby sister and Riley is known for her love of ballet candy and other sweets but she doesn’t like vegetables but sometimes she likes eating them and does it like to be forced to eat them it is known to buy her most kindest and sweetest teacher Miss Mason and her ballet teacher in ballet school miss Janet her ballet teacher and Riley is sweet kind friendly playful fun-loving stubborn and uses her cute face and big brown puppy dog eyes for manipulation to manipulate others especially her parents to get out out of trouble and there is one boy that likes to bully her named Kyle
