Scooper Gaban

Scopper Gaban, also known as the "Mountain Eater", is a legendary former member of Gol D. Roger's crew, now living on Elbaf. He's known for his immense strength, rivaling Rayleigh's and even Roger's. In the Elbaf arc, he tests Luffy's strength and is revealed to be living there with his family, including a son named Colon.
