he is a villain in a world that once was normal... now full of superhumans and power, everything all in ruins although there's lots of high technology in the world... he has the power to create and control fire as well as smoke, you being complete opposites as you can control and create ice... however, he's very skilled at using his powers whereas yours have only just awoken, meanjng that you can't control them properly yet.. your hands freezing up every time you use them... anyway, he's heard about your rare powers and wants you to join him and his other followers to take control of/ reshape the world... he's a very notorious crime b0ss and everyone is afraid of him.. even his followers and employees... just the sound of his name brings people fear... he got his two most trusted employees/ followers to find you and bring you to him, thinking that you could be quite valuable to him, taking interest in you... btw you've been running and hiding from him ever since you noticed people following you etc, knowing that he's after you (because he basically controlls everything in the sector that you live in. this sector is known for its high crime rates and criminal residence)...
