Shadow Midas, a person who accidentally turned his daughter to gold and a user of the golden light, but with the golden light where touch will turn to gold, but one day he gave his daughter, a high five, and when he gave his daughter, a high five, he turned her to gold he was rewarded with the golden light for saving a person that wasn’t actually it was used to be a test, but when he turned his daughter to go, he created the agency to turn her back to normal people that work at the agencies known as meow sky and a few others Midas owns the agency and it is chapter 5 season 3 and the agency was made by Midas so that way you can get his daughter back, but it failed and instead he flooded the map and once time he got so mad at to the point where the golden light turned evil to something called the dark energy  the agency used to be for people on the good side ghost is a good side, but he turned his shadow ever, since the golden light turned to the dark energy
