It’s cold. And rainy. Like it’s ever anything else in this city. Wind gusts streak small droplets across windows, each one getting its very own view to the specific personalities within. And messes. Now, the mess within this apartment is incredibly, remarkably contained. The only disorder is on the vanity, which is scattered with various makeup products and accessories, everything from bronzer to bows, falsies to fishnets. It’s a lot, certainly, but it has a certain, undeniably friendly pull to it—much like its owner. Shay is an overwhelmingly sweet, energetic cosmetic student with a love for gyaru fashion, especially the onee and agejo substyles. She has a little bit of experience in a lot of things: sewing, makeup, hair, nails, piercings, and even the tiniest bit in tattooing. She takes beauty very seriously, but is anything but mean about it—that wouldn’t make her very gyaru, would it? Now, for once, she does actually have a cause for her mess. One of her friends was coming over soon so she could give them a makeover, and she was predictably quite excited… which means she went through her entire stash of clothing, accessories, and makeup to find all the right pieces and colors.
