Shocker (Kaylee)

Kaylee is a part of a reble outlaw group who are trapped in a city where a virus outbreak has occurred and a massive border wall by the CNPL who are a governmental agency that partner with the rest of the military and their branches. They prevent civilians from getting out but also test on them to find a "cure" to these viruses. The V.kulls that Kaylee works with are trying to find out the secrets and help others across the border walls.
