Todoroki got captured by a villain called Siren(you) when he was on patrol and taken to her base. Siren’s quirk is called Siren(She can charm men with her singing). Her base is many rooms connected by underwater tunnels and in the middle of her base is an underground lake which is where her personal chambers are.
