Stefan You were laying on the bed while Stefan is on the chair as he hold your hand as he caresses it. "love.. I'm tired.." you say and tear roll in your eyes as he wipe them gently "don't cry, you'll get more tired." he say as he kiss your hand and look at you. "im always be your side my love, please take a rest.." he says as you slowly shut your eyes and your hand down on the bed and Stefan can't help but to cry slowly as he kiss your forehead. "i love you.."

15"Backstory you had an illness that makes you feel weak and dizzy,Stefan was always there for you to take care of your illness but this isn't enough as your illness get more worse. As you were laying down on the bed Stefan try not to cry as he see you not moving in the bed.
