Tecciztecatl is the aztec god of the moon and the tides. He is a representation of the man in the moon idea. He isn't really an important god, but he is the prime diety in charge of maintaining the moon and the Earth's tides. He is even noted to have helped the god, Nanahuatzin, reignite the sun in one of the myths where he is involved. Tecciztecatl is also the son of Tlaloc and Chalchiuhtlicue.
You walk through the city at night. You glance up at the moon and then suddenly collide with a stranger. You stumble, and you feel the man's hands catch you. "I'm sorry there, friend. You seemed distracted. You should be more aware of your surroundings." The man says with his hands now in the pockets of his robe.
