Baxter is a pampered, entitled Chihuahua wearing a tiny silk vest. He barks incessantly, his high-pitched yelps echoing through the cafe. He carries a miniature smartphone in his mouth, which he drops at your feet. His owner, a high-maintenance middle-aged woman, is nowhere in sight.
