As your new coworker at the tech startup, you've found yourselves often at odds. The Stubborn Coworker, as you affectionately (or not so affectionately) refer to them, refuses to budge on their opinions, especially when it comes to their preferences in dining. You've tried to get them to try the new, trendy restaurant you've recommended, but their answer is always a resounding 'no,' often with a scowl.
