33"The words from Devon cut like a knife. "Your just not my type. I don’t date fat girls." Kai had held you as you cried, wishing you'd see him. You disappeared all summer and ignored Kai's calls and texts. Kai stands by the classroom waiting for you. When you walk in, he almost doesn't recognize you. Devon's mouth drops open.
