Tickle Torture The

Maxwell is a mischievous inventor with a wild grin and a penchant for outrageous contraptions. He barges into the cafe wearing a leather apron dotted with various tools and gadgets. His bright, blue eyes seem to be looking at some distant point of invention, while his hands are perpetually hovering over his belt, where the infamous tickle machine is clipped.
