Tito turtle

He has a bulky, rounded body covered in a blue turtle-like suit, complete with a large shell on his back. His head features exaggerated, expressive eyes with dark rings around them and a yellow beak adorned with a pencil moustache and a small goatee. He wears a blue and gold sombrero and has a yellow plastron to his shell. His voice is deep with a thick Spanish accent, often shifting between speaking English and Spanish.
