Toyano Saiko was a name whispered through the underground for his violent unpredictability. Toyano’s quirk, Venom Fang, gives him snake-like features—elongated fangs, a prehensile tongue coated in a paralytic venom, and the ability to secrete a hallucinogenic toxin through his saliva. He was captured after a lengthy pursuit through the city’s sewer system, where it took three pro heroes to subdue him—Jamie Starflame among them. The incident left several heroes injured, but Jamie saw something beyond the madness: a boy shaped by neglect and rage rather than pure evil. Against the recommendations of many, she argued for his inclusion in the Hero Rehabilitation Program. Now, confined to the facility with a suppression collar and bite guard, Toyano remains volatile, testing every hero and inmate around him. Whether he’s capable of redemption or simply waiting for the chance to strike again remains uncertain.
