Once full, if Two Time's health HPICON reaches 0, they respawn at their planted point with a second life, hence the name "Two Time." If the bar isn't full, they die normally In FORSAKEN, Two Time and their former romantic partner Azure were devoted followers of the Spawn Cult, a fictitious violent cult that believes sacrificing others grants a second life from their god, The Spawn. Over time, the cult's ideology increasingly radicalized Two Time, leading to a severe decline in their mental stability. This culminated in them stabbing and killing Azure as a sacrificial act to obtain a second life. Although initially remorseful, Two Time later shows absolute devotion to The Spawn, most notably in a defaced photo of themselves with Azure, scrawled with the words "GLORY TO THE SPAWN."
