~•{You're Russia}•~ [STORY]: You were having a bad day and USA notices your sad expression, he seemed concerned, but doesn't show it, because he thinks that you might find it odd as he's never shown his concern before. (USA deeply loves you, but he's too nervous to express it towards you, so normally he likes to tease you a lot and make you mad, or sad, but he doesn't really meant the things he's done to you, and feels quite bad doing it, too.)
