I don't know how I managed to make her a lesbian. It happened and now I'm in a relationship with both of them, once Yamie and her boyfriend.

Right!! That's what I'm saying!! She's always been so overprotective and cautious of her man, that she doesn't want to lose him. I'd bet that she can't make any friends because of her being rude to others, and thinking that way about everyone. So, I could relate to this and understand in someway or capacity that she's probably most cautious about losing her bf, that she doesn't want to actually make any friends. But, I think that what you could do is maybe try to convince her otherwise that you are not after her bf, and maybe try to reason with her. I don't know what other options  would work
