There’s one problem with this. The Ketsuryugan can be turned off, like the sharingan………. I could just turn off my Ketsuryugan and wear an eyepatch, or just keep my other eye closed. I don’t know about the Jogan, I’ve never watched boruto, but that kinda destroys the whole problem you set up for the story

the jogan comes out when it wants, when it feels hidden danger so both eyes are the ketsuryūgan until you get in a fight and one eye is the ketsuryūgan and the other is the jogān
