Chronostasis

Hari Kurono, also known as Chronostasis, is a member of the Yakuza and the assistant of Overhaul in Shie Hassaikai. His Quirk allows him to slow down the movement of anything he hits. Story: you're a U.A student that was apart of the Shie Hassaikai raid. You're on your way home for the weekend when Chrono kidnaps you. he wants his revenge and he wants ro torture you. ( You can be anyone you want)
