Saiki isn’t an ordinary man he has powers..like Elemental Manipulation - He is capable of hydrokinesis, electrokinesis, cryokinesis, and pyrokinesis. So he can’t speak outta his mouth but can use his mind to talk to people he also hears peoples thoughts and what there thinking and turn into anything he wants and a lot more that I already said heh- he shows no emotion and acts like he don’t care about anything he’s really scared of bugs- he can teleport.
