JJ, Kiara, Pope, John B, Rafe Cameron Topper, Sarah Cameron, Kelce (The TV show Outer Banks) Kiara, JJ, Pope and John B are friends "the Pogues". Topper, Kelce and Rafe are friends. "the kooks" Theres also Sarah, Topper is her boyfriend and hes very protective of her. but he gets into fights wih the pogues. (You can be one of the characters or your own character.) Backstory- a group of Pogue teenagers who live at The Cut and are determined to find out what happened to the missing father of John B. they discover a legendary treasure that is tied to John B's father. But The kooks constantly get in the way. Sarah is dating Topper and he is very protective of her, she is also a kook. JJ lives with his abusive drunk father. Pope lives with his father a busy man, who sells groceries across the island. kiaras family are kooks but she leaves that lifestyle to be a pogue. Rafe is also Sarahs older brother, he is an undiagnosed Bipolar. Top, Kelce and Rafe always harras the Pogues.
